We took the test drive- I already had one but he still spoke of some of the feqatures that were different or enhanced from my 2009 model. Was open to my statements regarding changes- such as the addition of the wing window. he also stayed with us- making us feel that he was there for us. (The last time I went to look the sales man was dealing with 2 other customers at the same time). He was also willing to listen to our concerns with the offer and was willing to go back and forth with the finance man. I will be back to buy my next Odyssey as well. More
