First contact was with Shelton Staten because my assigned rep was off when I visited dealership. He explained each step in the process of pricing and his genial manner convinced me I was at the right dealership for me. I did not feel like I was being railroaded or fed a line of bs. Though I was still uncertain I was getting the "best deal", something about him made me feel I could trust Vann York. My questions were all thoroughly answered. Chris followed up with me the next day and handled my additional questions very efficiently and was able to locate and meet my request for a specific vehicle and within the time frame promised. Ray Moriarty finalized the Internet/ phone part of the deal. When my car arrived, Don Penetta managed the details of the purchase and informed me on each step of the financial portion of the deal as well as setting me up with the car and showing me its functions, making sure I understood before I drove away. I was anxious because purchasing a new car was such a major decision, and he made it so simple that I couldn't believe I was so nervous to make the big decision to make the switch from my longtime relationship with Toyota.
