Bobby Clark was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in showing us the CR-V Hybrid and in helping us appreciate its features. Also, with an electrical issue with our trade-in, he secured a loaner for us to showing us the CR-V Hybrid and in helping us appreciate its features. This is what a car buying experience should be. After leaving another dealership extremely unhappy, we found Vann York Honda. We started working on the sale of our Pilot with Stephanie and finish After leaving another dealership extremely unhappy, we found Vann York Honda. We started working on the sale of our Pilot with Stephanie and finished our sale with Don and they were both extremely friendly and helpful. Don took the time to walk through the owners manual and highlight some of the features and some of the settings. We got there JUST before they closed and Don and the finance consultant Delando both stayed with us and assured us that staying late was no inconvenience to them. While we were finalizing the financing Don took the time to wipe down the exterior of our Pilot by hand since the detailers had already left for the day. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Once our sale was complete Don helped us to connect phones and walk through the menus and make sure we were very comfortable in our new vehicle. I could go on and on with the small details of the many ways we were impressed by this sales team, but I'll just end it by saying....highly recommend. Thank you Vann York Honda! More
