I contacted Vann York in September of 2023 to inquire about a new Civic for my sister. I was directed to Stephanie Jarrett. I discussed the exact make and model of the car that my sister was interested about a new Civic for my sister. I was directed to Stephanie Jarrett. I discussed the exact make and model of the car that my sister was interested in and provided Stephanie with my sister's preferred budget. The car I asked about was a bit more than my sister's budget, but Stephanie indicated that she would follow up with the general manager to see what they could do. Stephanie contacted me later that morning with an amazing deal! Once the deal was done in principle, my sister reached out to Stephanie directly to close it and pick up her new car. Both me and my sister were VERY PLEASED with our interaction with Vann York...and specifically with Stephanie. By the way, I purchased my first car (Civic) from Vann York in 1987. Glad to see they are still in business and taking good care of their customers! Buying a car can be very stressful, but Stephanie made the process painless. Thanks Stephanie! More
Have had to bring new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid back twice now to have the CarPlay system reset. Have been requesting to cancel GAP coverage, extended warranty and prepaid service plan for weeks now. Finance now to have the CarPlay system reset. Have been requesting to cancel GAP coverage, extended warranty and prepaid service plan for weeks now. Finance department tells me they will get back to me by the end of the day each time I call or ask in person. Poor customer service. More
