Hamilton responded to my email inquiry with a phone call within 90 seconds! He arranged for Mr. T. Ward to let me test drive a Honda Civic on Wednesday the 13th and I brought that very car home. The transaction with Mr. Ward was completely professional and respectful of my sentimental feelings for the car I drove onto the lot, a Saturn coupe, Babe, I had been riding in for seventeen good years. Horrible Dealership I had a HORRIBLE experience at this dealership when I tried to purchase a 2017 Honda Civic. This dealership unsuccessfully tried to get me to sign fin I had a HORRIBLE experience at this dealership when I tried to purchase a 2017 Honda Civic. This dealership unsuccessfully tried to get me to sign finance paperwork on this vehicle without (1) having the vehicle on site, (2) knowing the new vehicle's VIN, (3) knowing the odometer on the new vehicle. After arriving to pick up the vehicle several days later (and sign the paperwork with all the proper information on the vehicle), I learned that the vehicle had 202 miles on the odometer. When pressed about the odometer reading, the dealership claimed that this was still a "new" car and that the odometer reading reflected their 198 mile road trip to pick up the car from another dealer. They failed to provide any credible evidence of the odometer reading from a prior dealership or any statements showing that this vehicle had come from another dealership despite repeated attempts to get this information...After leaving the dealership without a car (despite putting down a 500.00 deposit), a rival dealership in the area beat the Vann York Automall price on this vehicle and offered me the same type of package/vehicle with only 5 miles on it! .. Buyer beware: this dealership is not only pushy when it comes to selling you a car but also dishonest! Take your hard-earned money elsewhere!!! More

My Second Accord We bought our first Honda Accord from Vann York in 2010. Michael Thomas was our salesman. We really liked this car...but, unfortunately, it was in an accident and a total loss. We did not get another car right away. We looked around at other dealers (new and used) and tested other makes and models for about 4 months. We finally returned back to Vann York and decided upon another Accord. Boy, are we glad we did. This 2017 Accord is AWESOME! The drive/ride is excellent and the basic model we bought is very sporty looking. We like the body style as compared to other 2017 sedans from different auto makers. Also, the comfort and new features are a big plus for my family. The best part is working again with Michael Thomas. This is the second car we have purchased from him and he is great. He is knowledgeable and straight forward. Dealing with him is not like your typical car salesman pitch and experience. He gives you time and space to think and accommodates the individual customer. Most importantly - he listens and has answers to all of our questions and concerns about purchasing a new car. I ended up making and agreeing to a deal over phone and told the sales manager I would be there in the afternoon to pick it up that I actually lived over a hour away and I had someone doing some work at my house and could not leave yet and he said that was not a problem. Got there in the afternoon to find out they sold the vehicle out from under me with out any concern for me or my time. More
