Horrible Experience! I pulled into the service area and three service tech receptionist sitting at their station, did not attempt to offer assistance or approach my car. I I pulled into the service area and three service tech receptionist sitting at their station, did not attempt to offer assistance or approach my car. I had to get out of my car to request assistance. Misty began with well you know we close at 6:00pm (it was 5:00pm, . Two cars pulled up behind me and the other two tech jumped up and hurried to assist them needless to say their car was pulled into service before mine. Speaking with the service manager, he offered no apology or acceptance of responsibility of poor service practices. Very Disappointed Customer More

service department I arrived 5:37pm and was told by service department staff named KC (dont know if thats his exact name as i heard him being called by his co employee) I arrived 5:37pm and was told by service department staff named KC (dont know if thats his exact name as i heard him being called by his co employee) that they are closing. He turned me down for my oil change, he said they will be close at 6pm. I explained to Mr. KC if he can consider as I drove from a different city just to have my service! but he didn't budged in, He even waited for me to get off the line for service and turned me down. Im lucky that day that Mr. Steve Byrd the manager of service dept. and Robb ( mechanic guy) graciously accommodate me. Staff like Steve and Robb are the reason customers like me wants to come back again. I am getting my 3rd car from honda Vann York this august.. I got my Pilot and CRV from this dealership and I will not get tired getting my 3rd and 4th from them. Just sad some staff are not customer friendly like what i had encountered in service dept. But Steve and Robb redeemed my trust!! By the way, the service dept. office hours is till 6pm. I arrived 5:37pm left the dept at 6:10pm..Thank you Robb for staying 10min more for my car.That extra minutes you stayed makes me a loyal customer of Vann York Honda!! More
