Nice people going the extra mile. As usual my car was fixed, the service was timely and the price was right. What made this visit stand out is the extra service from the service lad As usual my car was fixed, the service was timely and the price was right. What made this visit stand out is the extra service from the service lady. When I left the cashier I discovered I had lost a small but valuable item I had with me while in the customer waiting lounge. I searched everywhere but could not find it. My service lady repeated my searching looking in the lady's room, waiting rooms, one end to the other of the dealership. It was finally found, in my car where I had dropped it when I picked up the car. She was very patient and pleasant about the wild goose chase I had put her on. I was most appreciative and embarrassed. Thank You. More

I have purchased two vehicles from Vann York. I recently replaced my 1994 station wagon with a 2019 CRV. My sales associate Kathy Fulton helped me choose exactly the features I needed for the CRV.
