Took my HR-V in for a Recall which was to replace the fuel pump. A piece of trim was broken in the process. Danielle explained what had happened and they had ordered the replacement part for me already a fuel pump. A piece of trim was broken in the process. I was charged for a service that was agreed to be included within the initial sales agreement, disappointing that they didn’t honored the deal, I bought 2 cars and when I serviced the first one I had included within the initial sales agreement, disappointing that they didn’t honored the deal, I bought 2 cars and when I serviced the first one I had to remind the service technician of the no cost service, which he didn’t took very well in my perception, when I took the second vehicle and having the previous experience, I choose not even to remind of the included service as I hate confrontation, but I just don’t like when promises are not honored. So my rating is based on the fact that I could’ve the same service elsewhere. More
