Brian was our advisor and he was very helpful. He let us know the repairs that needed to be done, he said it would be ready by the end of the day. But, when he knew it was a lot that needed to be done, he i know the repairs that needed to be done, he said it would be ready by the end of the day. But, when he knew it was a lot that needed to be done, he immediately called my husband with a new ready by date, and our van was ready on that date. I love how even though I needed a lot of work done I was only without my van for 1 day. More

Took my HR-V in for a Recall which was to replace the fuel pump. A piece of trim was broken in the process. Danielle explained what had happened and they had ordered the replacement part for me already a fuel pump. A piece of trim was broken in the process.
