His long history with Vann Gannaway Chevrolet emerged in the first few minutes of our dealings. I told Mel what I wanted and he took me out into the yard and showed me exactly what I was looking for. One of the things that sets Mel apart form many was his "product knowledge". He knew his product and was able to answer each question or concern that I had. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy, buy, buy. Rather than sell me a vehicle, I felt that Mel's sole intention was to help me buy a vehicle.
