Since moving to Lake County in 2002, I have been bringing my Trailblazer to Vann Gannaway for service and have NEVER been disappointed. My most recent visit was with Joel and the service he provided was outs my Trailblazer to Vann Gannaway for service and have NEVER been disappointed. I'm not sure that it matters who is behind the service counter (Joel, Jon or Debbie); everyone has a smile on their face, remembers my name when I walk in and treats me with the upmost respect. I bought a set of four tires through them twice; the last time was tied to a rebate through GM. I had a problem with the company that was servicing the rebates for GM. I won't go into the run-around they gave me over a few months; suffice it to say it was ridiculous. That company ended up going out of business. I thought my rebate was toast. I went to Terry P (Cashier) in the service department and presented the paperwork to her; in less than five minutes, she had it all submitted again (to the new company) and I received my rebate within ten days! Terry seems to be a "Jill of all trades" as she has also taken me back & forth to work when I want to leave my vehicle for service. So, all in all, I guess you could say I'm a Vann Gannaway fan! More
Great experience dealing with Jr. Gonzalez and the sales staff at VG. Jr. was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and worked to get us the best pricing for our trade and the new vehicle we were purchasing. staff at VG. The entire experience at Vann Gannaway was a great one from the moment we walked in the door. Melvin was fantastic. He was very up front with us about prices, and didn't try to push us towards any one v from the moment we walked in the door. Melvin was fantastic. I have been to several dealerships looking for new vehicles, and sometimes I got the sense that I was being ripped off, or taken advantage of. Not once did that happen at Vann Gannaway. Again, I cannot stress how much we enjoyed our buying experience. I will definitely tell anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to look at Vann Gannaway, and I will continue to purchase vehicles from Melvin and the Vann Gannaway Team in the future. More
I purchased my Equinox from Vann Gannaway Chevrolet last July. It was a great experience. I put a lot of miles on my car, so I have had many oil changes in the last few months. A friend's car was repaired at a different repair shop as designated by her insurance company. I brought the vehicle to Vann Gannaway to have "alleged needed repairs" on wheel bearings done. I was informed designated by her insurance company. I brought the vehicle to Vann Gannaway to have "alleged needed repairs" on wheel bearings done. I was informed that the wheel bearing were find, but the repair shop had failed to properly repair front end damage caused by a serious accident. I informed the insurance company of Vann Gannaways findings. The insurance company wanted to inspect the car (2009 Cobalt) at Vann Gannaway. I meet with the two insurance adjusters and the Vann Gannaway personnel were extremely helpful in having the car inspected and pointing out defects in previous repairs by the other shop. The insurance adjusters admitted that they had incorrectly stated the repair problems and agreed to pay, I believe it was over $1,000.00 in additional repairs. All personnel were respectful, efficient and knowledgable in getting the problem resolved. More

As everyone knows, Car Dealers have a reputation must not so good. Mike Bradner is an honest person with decensty and integrety. If Mike tells you something about a vehicle it is the truth. Since we purchased 2 vehicles in the last year, We have had Debbie Fike as our service represnitive, she has always been courteuos, and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that you hvae what you need. She keeps you informed about what is going on while you wait. I feel they are both great attributes to the dealership and you should be proud to have them. I am proud to have them helping me. On this particular visit, Joel greeted me in the drive through, which I thought was a very nice touch. He quickly attended to my service needs, as I waited in the lounge. I have been coming to Vann Gannaway for all my service needs since I purchased my vehicles (both from Vann Gannaway). Jon and Joel have always greeted me immediately with a hello and a smile and attended to my vehicles promptly. I never felt I was pressured into anything other than what was needed. They have always been courteous, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable; and I have always felt my vehicles were in good hands. When I'm away from home, and have a problem with my van, I can call them for their advice, and feel secure until I return. Terry checked me out, and she has always been polite and accommodating with a smile on her face. I feel like part of the family when I am there. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for service because Jon, Joel, and Terry are always there for me. More
