I had recently run into some ac problems with my chevy cavalier and decided after some bad experiences with some local repair shops, that I should go to Vann Gannaway. I had a couple of good experiences with them a few years back, and thought they might be able to diagnose and repair my car. I am GLAD I did. Joel Scarelli was very helpful and professional. My car was repaired in a timely manner and at a fair price. Joel kept me informed during the repair process and was knowledgeable and very friendly also. I would also like to thank Lance, the technician who fixed my car. Both Joel and Lance were top notch. A good dealer. Believe me, they are not all. Jon and Hank are good people to deal with. i prefer to deal with only those 2. Jon is understanding and tries to do the best he can for me. i have had issues with other people, Jon let me vent. Would i recommend this dealership? yes and no, for Jon and Hank, yes. For the pricing, no. but they do good warranty work, which i've been in there alot with my impala. matter of fact, i just had it in there for 2 days with transmission problems, and they ended up rebuilding the entire transmission, covered by warranty of course. to sum it up, i'm leary of dealerships to start with, but Jon really is a good guy, and it shows in spite of the fact he works for a dealership. we and my wife are talking about buying another car in a year or 2, and we ill go talk to hank. but theres competition out there, and as much as i like hank, i'll go where i get the best price. i just cant say enough good things about jon and hank, good guys .. you're fortunate to have them.
