Takes FOREVER I go there for my routine oil changes and I am usually there for over an hour. This last time they told me (after an hour) that my front brakes needed I go there for my routine oil changes and I am usually there for over an hour. This last time they told me (after an hour) that my front brakes needed changed and that it would take another 40 min. I said ok go ahead and change them. Well an hour later (not 40 min) they come and tell me that they do not have the parts. This is a long time for me and my son who is one. I am going to have to find a new place to get my oil changed! More

Our service rep, Brandon Fearka, listened to my description of the problem and asked questions until he had enough information to give to the mechanic. He provided me with a free rental car the day I brought in my 2007 Prius with a lit engine light. By late afternoon, he provided me a clear diagnoses of the problem and a fair price to fix it. Though I opted not to proceed with the required part replacement to solve the problem, Brett handled my decision with professionalism and understanding. He presented himself as knowledgeable and trustworthy plus as a really nice guy! More
