New Car Sales Management and Finance Team are deceitful. While my 2013 RAV 4 was in service I began to look around the new car sales floor and was very disappointed that not a single salesperson asked me if While my 2013 RAV 4 was in service I began to look around the new car sales floor and was very disappointed that not a single salesperson asked me if I needed help. I even sat at a chair in the middle of the sales floor and still no one approached me. I walked over to the management office and just stood near the door entrance for a few seconds and finally a gentleman from the sales floor asked if I needed assistance. I stated the original reason for my visit and that I would be in the market for another lease purchase within the next six months when my three-year lease was due to end. I was escorted to a desk and advised the sales rep of my preferred customer relationship with Toyota, having leased two RAV4's from that dealership. My salesperson did a fantastic job in the initial lease negotiations. That same day I decided to trade my 2013 RAV4 for a new lease on a 2015 Toyota Camry. In addition, the service department repaired my RAV4, it was under warranty, and the service representative did an outstanding job taking care of me during my visit. The finance department and the management staff at Vandergriff Toyota wrote up the transaction. A few days later, I received correspondence from Toyota Financial Services stating that I may be due a refund from the dealership for early termination of my lease trade in. I contacted the dealership finance department several times and left a message for a return call. Finally the finance department called and left a voice message on my phone that I needed to call the GAP insurance company and request the refund. I contacted the GAP insurance company and I was informed that Vandergriff Toyota had already requested the refund. I contacted the finance department and was told that the refund had been applied to the down payment. I asked where in the lease agreement would that information be found. I was told the total amount of the refund was added to my 1st months payment at the time of the sale. I told them that I did not sign any forms or authorize the dealership to take the GAP insurance refund as part of a down payment on the leased vehicle. I said show me the line item on the lease. The representative said that how the dealership does it. I let representative know that I am the one who should be in receipt of the refund and not Vandergriff Toyota and to let me know how they will handle this matter. I received a call back from the finance department that Vandergriff Totyota would be issuing a check to me in the full amount of the early termination of the lease for GAP insurance. I find this lease transaction a very deceitful practice and this experience lead me to question other aspects of my preferred customer relationship with this dealership. Almost two weeks later, several follow-up calls and one personal visit were I was given excuses about the reason for the check delay, In addition, I have examined my previous lease agreement with this dealership from 2013 and found another deceitful practice related to Optional Insurance. As of this writing, I still have not received my refund. This is not how to do business with a retired senior citizen. More

He pointed me inside to the service waiting room where they had a big screen tv and complimentary drinks and snacks. After it was over Brandon came to get me and showed me to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car had been washed. Great customer service. Thank you, Brandon!!! More
