We tried another Toyota dealer closer to us, but repeatedly felt they were only interested in getting every penny they could out of us, especially in the service department. That dealership does a lot of promos and coupons to get you in, but there's always a big upsell push. Don't trust them at all. Not the case at all with Vandergriff. More

30,000 mile service Ryan Parker was very helpful at my recent service visit. The car was serviced in a timely manner and he answered all my questions. I do not like that Ryan Parker was very helpful at my recent service visit. The car was serviced in a timely manner and he answered all my questions. I do not like that Vandergriff Toyota allows a tecnician that I do not think is a Vandergriff employee to solicit windshield repairs. The unknown technician, told me I had 2 dings that he could repair, after calling my insurance company I did not allow him to do the repairs. Upon arriving back home myself and my spouse examined the windshield and there were no dings. If I had not asked him to point them out and just gone on his recommendation a needless repair would have been done. More

She has kept my 2002 Camry running perfectly for 13 years and 140,000 miles. And our 2005 Corolla in like-new condition. Nancy is always up-beat and really cares about the customer. She will go the second-mile to ensure customer satisfaction. When I purchase or lease a new car (Toyota, of course) in the near future, Nancy will be my Service Manager. More
