30,000 mile service Ryan Parker was very helpful at my recent service visit. The car was serviced in a timely manner and he answered all my questions. I do not like that Vandergriff Toyota allows a tecnician that I do not think is a Vandergriff employee to solicit windshield repairs. The unknown technician, told me I had 2 dings that he could repair, after calling my insurance company I did not allow him to do the repairs. Upon arriving back home myself and my spouse examined the windshield and there were no dings. If I had not asked him to point them out and just gone on his recommendation a needless repair would have been done. More
