Kenneth Robinson was Awesome!! :) After retiring from Overseas Japan and just flying in the previous mrng 3am, we picked up our vehicle from the Storage Facility at CSR, Dallas VPC 95 After retiring from Overseas Japan and just flying in the previous mrng 3am, we picked up our vehicle from the Storage Facility at CSR, Dallas VPC 957 Heinz Way Grand Prairie, TX 75051. The Storage Facility per their guidance and lack of DECISIVENESS changed the battery the same day, leaving our Lexus in "LIMP HOME MODE" (their terms) which prevented the vehicle from moving faster than 20mph...We limped in to Vandergriff, Mad, Confused, Angry and Irate. However Kenneth Robinson came through for us!!! He was able to put us at ease and actually to our amazement got our Lexus into the Toyota facility within minutes. Keep in mind we are still going thru Serious Jet Lag, School enrollment concerns, Repairing what the Renters left, License Renewal Issues, Expired Tags, Rental return time limits... Per Kenneth's guidance, knowledge and insight we hope the Storage Facility reaches out to Vandergriff and changes the Battery 3 days before per their submission requirements and from there reaches out to Toyota, Lexus or any Mechanic in order to help military families or anyone. Eric Hill greeted us on the lot - very unassuming gentlemen. He asked questions, answered ours and helped us decide on the car that met our needs. From start to finish, he didn't pressure, wasn't arrogant, and truly worked to make this a pleasant experience. We are used to high pressure salesman, and his approach was such a welcome change. He worked hard to negotiate a deal that we were happy with and stayed with us throughout the process. He is an asset to Vandergriff, and we will buy any future cars from Eric Hill. We tried another Toyota dealer closer to us, but repeatedly felt they were only interested in getting every penny they could out of us, especially in the service department. That dealership does a lot of promos and coupons to get you in, but there's always a big upsell push. Don't trust them at all. Not the case at all with Vandergriff. More
