Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and to put on new catalytic converter heat shield. Truck goes back into the shop and they tell me that all of the parts are not in (missing some nuts for to put on new catalytic converter heat shield. Truck goes back into the shop and they tell me that all of the parts are not in (missing some nuts for heat shield). Say they can find some to make it work, that’s fine I’m good with that. 2 hours later, truck comes back out and I double check the work. Heat shield has been place on the wrong side. Looking at the Toyota specs from the factory the heat shield is only on drivers side but was placed on passenger side. Sent it back to be done correctly, keep in mind I have already paid 322.00 amount for the service. No I’m sitting back in waiting room, already paid for bad service and I’m wondering if the oil change was done, we’re the tires rotated, was the alignment and brakes done correctly or at all in the past. I’m confused how I know this but certified technicians don’t. To top it off, no manager came to me to apologize on behalf of his staff (good leadership). The rep just came and said it is now fixed. No reimbursement outside of the 37 dollar discount for not having all the parts. Not impressed. The rep was very nice, that was the only good thing. More
The vehicle that was inquired about and what was brought out were completely different. Sales associate tried to say options could be removed. Also the paint color wasn’t even correct. My wife and I have gone through different auto dealers to get a car that really satisfies our needs but there is one among them that really surpassed them all - Vandergriff Toyota of Arlington is the best. We had the most satisfying experience with the three gentlemen who took time to find us the best deals from car buying to extended warranties. I would warn any internet buyer to avoid looking at this dealership. The sales people will tell you one thing and the management will do another. I asked several times for the listed website discounts on a dealership. The sales people will tell you one thing and the management will do another. I had a very bad experience. I went in, curious to see where I was at on a trade in. The numbers, we couldn't get there. The sales mgr and I knew I was too upside down. The sales lady walked away mad beca where I was at on a trade in. The numbers, we couldn't get there. The sales mgr and I knew I was too upside down. The sales lady walked away mad because of that. She was determined I would drive off in a new Tacoma that day. Once I was in a better position, I went back and viewed the selections. I found a truck that interested me. So after the weekend, the sales lady sent me a text to let me know the the truck was still there, so I went back. She was working with a customer but she came and told me she would be with me soon making the statement that we will get you in that truck today and I replied that I wanted to see where I would be on the trade in. She told me to come back when I was really serious about buying because she had a family to support. I WAS serious about purchasing that day. After waiting two hours, I left. I then called to speak with the sales mgr twice and left the messages that I was very interested in a few of the Tacomas. Both times I was told that he would call back. He never did! I figured no telling what the sales lady had told him. She was unprofessional and I found out I am not the only one that noticed that. I've always liked dealing with Vandergriff but that next day I went to Toyota of Plano and bought a Tacoma. More
Very unprofessional establishment. We were asked to return a vehicle after the deal was finalized and a whole week had gone by. The sales personnel stated in order to keep the car we needed to put more return a vehicle after the deal was finalized and a whole week had gone by. The sales personnel stated in order to keep the car we needed to put more money down, 6,000 more on top of the down payment. Furthermore, the finace individual was extremely rude and even stated "why are you arguing with me, it's not going to solve anything" when I try explaining to him my situation. When I asked to speak with the manager he walked into the office and stated "this a**hole wants to talk to you." I aks you this, what professional establishment would ask a person to return a vehicle after a whole week? For your own sake STAY AWAY and shop somewhere else. More

Almost a good deal I bought online I will not buy from them again. I purchased a 2019 Sienna with about 24k miles. Vehicle is in good shape. Those keys are expensive and there was never any mention of a missing key before the buy. Then I discover it was delivered with a nail in the tire. This leads me to discover that the front tires had very little tread remaining, something I would not notice in their photos. I have replaced the key and tires at my expense. It made the deal not so much a bargain and I could have bought other vehicles just as good with the extra $500 I have spent after 100 miles of driving. More
