Couldn't have been any better!! I was in the Metro Plex by myself traveling from Abilene and had oil light come on. I pulled over and looked up Toyota of Arlington. I had a appointment at 12.00,I broke down at 11.00. They took me to my appt and picked me up and had my car fixed by 5;00!!!! Thank you Ryan and Toyota of Arlington Tx! More

Floyd Gray, my service adviser, is incredibly helpful. I bought a 2015 RAV4 in June of 2015. After my first wash, I noticed that the finish on my wheels was stained. I took it up to the Toyota service cent I bought a 2015 RAV4 in June of 2015. After my first wash, I noticed that the finish on my wheels was stained. I took it up to the Toyota service center, Floyd Gray took a look at each wheel and put in an order for new ones right away. He contacted me when they arrived, replaced them in about an hour and I was good to go. My warranty covered everything and there were no questions regarding my paying for it. Months later I got a nail in my tire; Floyd sent it to get patched up and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He is great to work with--polite, informative, and fast! More
