Very Professional. I took my Company truck to have a factory recall done and Nancy met me at my truck to check me in. Nancy is very professional and nice. While I was waiting she came and informed me that they had fund another recall issue and was taking care of it. They cleaned the outside of my truck and I had it back in the time Nancy told me it would be. I will recommend Nancy Goodwin to anyone that needs their Toyota serviced. Thank you Nancy! More

Excellent service I took my 2010 Avalon in for an oil change, and decided to have the 75,000 mile service. During the inspection, Luis took me out to the service area I took my 2010 Avalon in for an oil change, and decided to have the 75,000 mile service. During the inspection, Luis took me out to the service area to show me that my power steering assembly needing replacing. While surprised by this, I must say that Luis took excellent care of me, gave me a loaner car, and I picked up my car the following morning. They had detailed my car inside and out at no charge to me. Thank you, Luis Viloria! More
