Worst Car Buying Experience Ever First of all, I was there from approximately 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. My whole day wasted! While I was there I found out they had deceived me regarding First of all, I was there from approximately 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. My whole day wasted! While I was there I found out they had deceived me regarding my warranty on my first car I bought there. Strike 1! Then they told me they could get me into the vehicle I chose and keep the same payoff date as my trade in and keep my payments pretty much the same. Once all the paperwork was done my loan was extended out 3 more years. Strike 2! Then they only wanted to give me 1 key for a 2014 and wanted me to pay around $200 for a new key. Then they wanted to charge me extra for having the key coded. At that point the sales rep states to me if I give him a $20 bill, he'll get my key coded for free. WHAT???????? Strike 3! I should have walked out but I went straight to management and asked what kind of business they were running. After all was said and done, I should have walked away but naive me, bought the car anyway. But we had to redo all the paperwork to make the payments the same and I walked out with no warranty, no nothing! Not even a month has passed and trim pieces are falling off the vehicle left and right. 2 trim pieces flew off the top of the roof and another trim piece on the door is cracked and ready to fall off. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM VANDERGRIFF AGAIN!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! More

Worried of overpaying I have been to Vandergriff in Arlington several times and for the most part had good experiences. I have had 1 really bad 1. William Hays is the best customer service representative at Toyota of Arlington. I know when I walk in I look for William and every time it's been great. I do not like to overpay and he knows that so I'm sure worries like me if its gonna be a high service ticket but he will do what it takes to help me out. Always checks on me and let's me know the stautus of my car. If he knows my car will be longer he will help me get a loaner so I can resume my day. Willam absolutely knows his customers and knows his job. When you need help look for William he's not trying to rip you off and cares about his customers. Thanks William More

Very Professional. I took my Company truck to have a factory recall done and Nancy met me at my truck to check me in. Nancy is very professional and nice. Excellent service I took my 2010 Avalon in for an oil change, and decided to have the 75,000 mile service. During the inspection, Luis took me out to the service area I took my 2010 Avalon in for an oil change, and decided to have the 75,000 mile service. During the inspection, Luis took me out to the service area to show me that my power steering assembly needing replacing. While surprised by this, I must say that Luis took excellent care of me, gave me a loaner car, and I picked up my car the following morning. They had detailed my car inside and out at no charge to me. Thank you, Luis Viloria! More
