They have superb customer service and worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate they could. Let me tell you my daughter is very picky and doesn't like many people. She says you can see they are just trying to be nice to get your service. But she actually really liked the people there. They were very honest and she said she could see they were good people. He listened to what I was looking for in a car then went and got 2 different vehicles for us to test drive and explained all the details for each. We love our new Camry. Very comfortable and easy to get in and out of with no effort. I highly recommend Vandergriff to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle. When we had to take it in for a minor repair 2 weems later- Floyd Gray was super in getting us in and out in 20 minutes. Above & Beyond Customer Service - 4-Runner Owner We met Nancy Goodwin on our first visit to Vandergriff Toyota when we moved here from California in July of 2014. We didn't know anyone, then we met We met Nancy Goodwin on our first visit to Vandergriff Toyota when we moved here from California in July of 2014. We didn't know anyone, then we met Nancy who made us feel welcome and right at home from the start. Nancy is professional, knows what she is doing and sees to it that it is done right. We brought our truck in for an oil change service and brakes; Nancy discovered that all four of the vehicle's struts were leaking. Nancy secured a rental car for us, told us what was going on; even though it required unusual, extensive communication and coordination, she and saw it through to a successful end.
