Kenneth Robinson, best service advisor at Vandergriff been getting service here for years simply because i purchased cars here. the service dept has never impressed me before, its always busy and staff i been getting service here for years simply because i purchased cars here. the service dept has never impressed me before, its always busy and staff is always stressed and rushing around, never being very informative or really helpful. today i was serviced by KENNETH ROBINSON, it was very different , he listened to my questions,was very helpful and professional, went a step further to verify my service today was covered by my plan, SO I WAS NOT CHARGED. others before had told me my plan had expired and had been charging me, so needless to say, from now on i will only be serviced by KENNETH ROBINSON, and ONLY "K.R". I rated this review 5 stars ONLY FOR Kenneth Robinson not for the dealership, but maybe the dealership will realize K.R. is a great asset to them. More

I'm about to get my third set of number plates, I'm on my fourth set of tires, and last Saturday Ryan Pa I have a 2002 Sequoia with 297K miles on it. I'm about to get my third set of number plates, I'm on my fourth set of tires, and last Saturday Ryan Parker and his service team changed the oil in my Sequoia for the 58th time. Two things have remained constant though, the first is that I ask for Ryan Parker when I get to the service department, and the second is that I service my SUV at Vandergriff Toyota. Ryan is honest and very trustworthy. He only recommends what my car needs, nothing more, nothing less. Almost 300,000 miles is a testament that clearly he knows what he's doing. More

Better call Nancy Goodwin I've serviced 4 trucks with Nancy Goodwin and my experience is always the same. Awesome. Nancy is very genuine and understands that I'm very busy and I've serviced 4 trucks with Nancy Goodwin and my experience is always the same. Awesome. Nancy is very genuine and understands that I'm very busy and don't have all day to sit in a dealer waiting for my truck to get worked on. She always has me in and out and if it's going to be longer has a ride waiting for me. Customer service on steroids, no question. If you want a service advisor that you can trust and that's not going to high gross you on stuff you really don't need then call Nancy Goodwin at Vandergriff Toyota. She's the longest running service employee there at Vandergriff and that alone speaks volumes. Getcha pull. More
