Service Review I came in to have my 30k mile checkup on my Toyota which I purchased in 2012. Nancy Goodwin has been my service advisor from day one. She is always a joy to work with and is very personable and knowledgeable. There are other Toyota dealers closer to me, but I choose to drive to Vandergriff Toyota for service, in large part, because of Nancy and her knowledge and professionalism. The dealership is fortunate to have her as an employee. She is tremendous! More

Kenneth Robinson, best service advisor at Vandergriff been getting service here for years simply because i purchased cars here. the service dept has never impressed me before, its always busy and staff i been getting service here for years simply because i purchased cars here. the service dept has never impressed me before, its always busy and staff is always stressed and rushing around, never being very informative or really helpful. today i was serviced by KENNETH ROBINSON, it was very different , he listened to my questions,was very helpful and professional, went a step further to verify my service today was covered by my plan, SO I WAS NOT CHARGED. others before had told me my plan had expired and had been charging me, so needless to say, from now on i will only be serviced by KENNETH ROBINSON, and ONLY "K.R". I rated this review 5 stars ONLY FOR Kenneth Robinson not for the dealership, but maybe the dealership will realize K.R. is a great asset to them. More
