Great Service on Recall I got a notice from Toyota about the recall of the airbag on my Toyota Matrix. I called Vandergriff Toyota and talked to Ryan Parker, a service rep. H I got a notice from Toyota about the recall of the airbag on my Toyota Matrix. I called Vandergriff Toyota and talked to Ryan Parker, a service rep. He said they would order the part and call me to set an appointment when the part came in. He called a few days later and we set an appointment for Friday morning at 7:30. He told me that the work would take about 2 hours. I showed on time and was greeted by Ryan. I decided to wait in the nice waiting area where I found coffee, a tv which was airing an informational show, and a free wifi connection. The process only took 90 minutes, and I was on my way with the work completed. I was very pleased with everything. Since it was a recall, there was no charge. More
Best car buying experience ever Jim Wesbrooks was our salesman and he took wonderful care of us. Sales manager, Myles hooked us up with Jim and Jim did an excellent job. Service - Takata Airbag Recall Received notice of this recall from Toyota. Took in my mother's 2007 Corolla. Dealt with Nancy Goodwin. Arrived at 10AM. Was told to give them about 9 Received notice of this recall from Toyota. Took in my mother's 2007 Corolla. Dealt with Nancy Goodwin. Arrived at 10AM. Was told to give them about 90 minutes, and that's just about what it took. Before I left, had a question about the name of the color of the car's interior. Nancy was very helpful in looking this up and provided me a printout. No problems what so ever. More

Terrible Service! Vandergriff representative called me on 4/29 and offered me a free oil change and 10 points inspections for free. This was to try to get me back to have service with them since I haven't been there to service my truck. I accepted it and scheduled an appointment on 4/30 with Kenneth Richardson. I showed up on time. The greeter was marginally OK. Seems like she is doing me a favor instead of treating me as a money paying customer. I told her about the deal and also I would like for the mechanics to inspect the U-joint or Universal joint of my truck. She went in and talked to Kenneth. Then Kenneth showed up without even addressing me. So I told him about the deal and I would like to check the U-joint to see if there is anything wrong. He wrote it up almost unwillingly. Got the paper work into the truck and called me a van to take me home. A couple of hours later Kenneth called and stated my truck was ready. So I went up there to pick it up. I checked in with Kenneth and he pointed me to the cashier's direction. I checked with the cashier. She had to call Kenneth saying that he hasn't finished with the paperwork. He showed up and got the paper work and went back to his desk and then returned. Then the cashier told me that it's going to cost $50+. I told her about the deal, and she called Kenneth and he said that he didn't hear anything about it. He called in the service manager Bill something showed up. Also, no manners at all. I told him about the deal, and of course he said that there was no such deal offered. And he was supposed to be in charge of marketing and he was not aware of the deal. So I ended up paying for it.. Rating for Greeter : C, Rating for Service advisor: F, rating for cashier B, rating for driver who took me home: A, rating for service dept marketing: F. I was not happy with the attitude of the service advisor, terrible towards customer!! Will not use you guys again. And I bought 2 vehicles from this dealership in 2012. Now it's all forgotten. I was looking to add and SUV, so I am sure this dealership will not be the one I would buy my SUV from. From manager to greeter, they have no concept of customer satisfaction. Unhappy customer means no business! Never discuss the items marked in yellow in my inspection report. I am wondering if the oil and filter actually get changed. More

Best car care I took our cat in for the 60,000 mile service and I have to admit the service was excellent!! From the moment I got there until I was back in my car. The work done was excellent they helped look at tires and even gave me a pricing on different tires and with all the work that was done I was only there a couple of hours! Great work done on the car.
