Impressed I had never been a customer of Vandergriff Toyota before this visit. I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle in response to an airbag rec I had never been a customer of Vandergriff Toyota before this visit. I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle in response to an airbag recall notice. I was told I would be called whenever a part was available, and was understandably told they had no idea when the part might arrive. Just to see if I could perhaps get the work done sooner, I called Vandergriff and talked to Nancy Goodwin in the service department. I explained I had never been to the dealership and she thanked me for considering them and said she would order the part. About an hour later Nancy called me and told me they had the part and made me an appointment that day. When I arrived she treated me like a long time, valued customer. The work was done promptly and I enjoyed the stay in their comfortable lounge area. I was very impressed with the organization of the service department and especially impressed with Nancy! What an asset she is to Vandergriff! If/when I need service and/or if I buy another Toyota vehicle, I will go to Vandergriff. They received no money from me on this recall issue but certainly took the opportunity to demonstrate what good customer relations is all about-something forgotten in many businesses today. More

Nancy Godwin-Professional in every way. I arrived at around 10:00 AM at the dealership for regular maintenance. Great Service on Recall I got a notice from Toyota about the recall of the airbag on my Toyota Matrix. I called Vandergriff Toyota and talked to Ryan Parker, a service rep. H I got a notice from Toyota about the recall of the airbag on my Toyota Matrix. I called Vandergriff Toyota and talked to Ryan Parker, a service rep. He said they would order the part and call me to set an appointment when the part came in. He called a few days later and we set an appointment for Friday morning at 7:30. He told me that the work would take about 2 hours. I showed on time and was greeted by Ryan. I decided to wait in the nice waiting area where I found coffee, a tv which was airing an informational show, and a free wifi connection. The process only took 90 minutes, and I was on my way with the work completed. I was very pleased with everything. Since it was a recall, there was no charge. More

Service - Takata Airbag Recall Received notice of this recall from Toyota. Took in my mother's 2007 Corolla. Dealt with Nancy Goodwin. Arrived at 10AM. Was told to give them about 90 minutes, and that's just about what it took. Before I left, had a question about the name of the color of the car's interior. Nancy was very helpful in looking this up and provided me a printout. No problems what so ever. More
