On vacation we received a chip so thought it would be covered, made an appointment Then we had a flat tire. AAA told us Sienna much easier to get spare out than Honda. When we called about tire, learned that chip not covered, would have learned it when arrived. Great guy named Chris ordered touch up paint. Miguel Martinez worked the flat tire issue and could not have been better. He coordinated with me when learned the tire couldn't be fixed then put a new one on and put the spare back. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and felt like a friend Also very glad we had the warranty because new tire was free. On previous cars, I bought Discount Tire warranty and if tire was ruined, had to buy another warranty for new tire. Not here. Miguel Martinez made my day.. More

Great service on June 1, 2016 i don't know exactly what was wrong, but my car made terrible rasping noises. I met Hung Vu, he was friendly, gave us room to look around without crowding us. Hung answered all our questions and was more a guide than a salesperson. I found a Tacoma I really liked and the financing department also guided me through the paper work and took their time explaining everything. I went back this time to have my 2007 Toyota Sienna oil changed, and an auxiliary port installed. I've been going to Vandergriff Toyota for over 5 years now, and I always ask for Nancy Goodwin, who always gives me a Rock Solid (Super Star) service experience. I own two Toyota vehicles, and Nancy always keeps me updated on my vehicles by letting me know when oil changes are due, are any recalls that are needed to be checked out.
