Terrible Service I purchased a used Jeep Rubicon everything started when the night I purchased it that I left the dealership and got to the stop light and realized it I purchased a used Jeep Rubicon everything started when the night I purchased it that I left the dealership and got to the stop light and realized it only had 50 miles until empty on gas. That put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. We also noticed when we were test driving it that the tire pressure light was one. It has brand new tires on it we just thought maybe one was low and we would put some air in it and it would be fine. A week after the purchase we had a pretty severe rain storm and we found out there was a leak in the A-pillar door on the driver side. Now this is pretty common on jeeps and its a super easy fix. At this point for the price that we paid for the Jeep and these being super easy fixes we went back up there to see if Vandergriff Toyota would fix them. They said yes they would, gave me a loaner and said they would call us when it was ready. I pointed out the leak in the roof to 2 different people and we went on our way. 2 days later we got a call asking where the leak was again because they couldn't find it. 2 days after that we were told they had to replace all 5 tire sensors and that was too expensive and they weren't going to do it. I told them fine then let me come get my jeep today and of course it was at a Jeep dealer (or so I was told) and they wouldn't have it back today. They ended up replacing the tire sensors and said they would call when it was ready. On day 6 I called up to the service department to see about the progress and was told they don't know where my Jeep is and they would have someone call me back. After several calls and texts up to the dealership I finally got the call that it was ready to be picked up. Great! I go up there to pick my jeep up, everyone that I had previously dealt with was either not there or was busy so they had another random sales guy take me back to my Jeep in the back lot. I get in to make sure the tire pressure light was off and it was. At that point I take the top off to see if they fixed the leak... NO they didn't even touch it! I was furious at this point but was late picking my son up so I had to leave. I get in the Jeep to find it with once again NO GAS! I understand this is a special situation but the entire way that this dealership operated, the way I was bounced around from person to person, people not being able to even tell me where my vehicle was at one point it is beyond ridiculous and I can promise you I will never purchase a car from ANY Vandergriff dealership again. I was warned about it from the get go but I loved the Jeep they had so I sucked it up and gave them a chance. Lesson Learned ! More

He could have easily charged me a big fee but didn't. I'm not used to that. Thanks Toyota! I will drive a Toyota till the day i die! I just might be buried in one ! Haaa More

Ryan provided a courtesy van to drop me off at Mimi's for breakfast while I waited and had me swiftly picked up and returned to the dealership when I was ready. Ryan also went over the results of the diagnosis, testing and repair with me when my car was ready. More
About Nancy Goodwin at Vandergriff Toyota Service Department Nancy took such great care of me. I came in with problems to my 2006 Corolla and needed diagnostic work which was going to cost me $125. She found tha Nancy took such great care of me. I came in with problems to my 2006 Corolla and needed diagnostic work which was going to cost me $125. She found that I had a strut leaking that was under warranty, so they replaced it for free and told me exactly what other things were wrong and didn't charge me at all! Nancy really thinks of the customer - works hard and keeps a good attitude. When I was there she didn't even have time to eat her lunch! Thanks Nancy - I'll be back to Vandergriff Toyota whenever I have problems again! James Hamilton More
