Unhappy I took my Camry to Vandergriff for it's first 5000 mile service. I had an appointment and the service advisor assured me it would be honored. Howeve I took my Camry to Vandergriff for it's first 5000 mile service. I had an appointment and the service advisor assured me it would be honored. However, I waited nearly 3 hours before the service advisor came to me to tell me work was complete but I needed a new tire. She said the tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be repaired. She said since I had not purchased a tire warranty, I would have to pay $210 for the tire. I declined the tire and took the car to Advanced Tires. The mechanic there examined the tire, said the nail was not in the sidewall, said the nail bended going in and did not even puncture the tire. I did not need anything - not even air. I feel that Vandergriff Toyota tried to take advantage of me. I contacted the service manager via email and he has not responded to me. Guess they don't care. I will not go back there again. I knew Tom Vandergriff. He was a very ethical person. I know he would not like his name being used that way. More

The best car buying experience we've ever had!!!! We went the online route and from the minute we clicked on Vandergriff's site we were pleased! Our internet salesman had the car ready for us, and ot We went the online route and from the minute we clicked on Vandergriff's site we were pleased! Our internet salesman had the car ready for us, and other cars, to drive upon arrival. The entire process took us about 3 hours start to finish, the shortest amount of time it's EVER taken us to buy a vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that we'd not only buy through Vandergriff again but we'll happily recommend them. More
