I have been a satisfied customer for years and, in large part, it's due to my first contact: Nancy Goodwin, assistant service manager. She is fantastic and always goes the extra mile for the three Toyota vehicles my wife and I bring in for regular maintenance. And here's another plus: along with washing the vehicle after the service is completed, they just started vacuuming as well. Yea!!! More

I've worked with Nancy Goodwin for a number of years and she always greets me with a smile and quickly arranges for whatever service is needed. She can usually tell me how long the service will take and has helped me arrange a rental on a few instances when I needed to get to work and couldn't wait for the work to be completed. When my tires were starting to get worn, she let me know when the next sale was scheduled so that I could plan and budget. I definitely appreciate the time she spends to make sure that everything is taken care of. Recently, I had an issue that needed to be handled on a day that Nancy wasn't working. When I pulled in I was greeted by Nabor Payen. He, too, had the customer service attitude I've come to expect from Vandergriff's Service staff. He helped figure out what the problem was and arranged for the service to be taken care of. He kept me informed and answered all of my questions. I'm always comfortable that I won't be hit with the "hard sell" and that the staff listen to my concerns. More

Nancy Goodwin was our service advisor and made the experience seamless. Her attitude was "How can I assist you" instead of "There will be an additional charge" or " We don't see an issue". Too long a wait with appointment! I made an appointment for 12:15 Monday, 8-22 for a 25,000 mile checkup/tire rotation. My 2014 Avalon was finally(!) finished at 3:25! This for a job I made an appointment for 12:15 Monday, 8-22 for a 25,000 mile checkup/tire rotation. My 2014 Avalon was finally(!) finished at 3:25! This for a job that should maybe take 1 hour to 1hr & 30mins. The biggest part of the 25,000 mile checkup is rotation of the tires; not even an oil/filter change. I did have a recall letter which required them to confirm what repair parts were needed so give them another 15 minutes. So, a job of 1 hour and maybe 45 minutes MAX took 3 (THREE) hours and 10 minutes with an appointment or scheduled time. Word to the wise, don't schedule routine stuff on Mondays and whenever you do go in, take plenty of reading material (I had my Nook). More
