When the salesman, Glenn Byrd was free to speak with me, while I was with him, I couldn't have had a better person to talk with. He quickly established what I needed, and it didn't take him long to trade my Rave4 for a Camry. I've told every one I know that is thinking about getting a new car to go see Glenn Byrd at Vandergriff Toyota. He's the best, most caring salesman ever. I hate it when car salesmen bring in everyone in the dealership to try to sell me a car. Glenn found out what fit best within my budget, and he and his manager made it happen. BUT>>> when he took me back to see the finance manager, I had to wait for about forty minutes before one showed up. That wait time as well as the time with the finance manager made me embarrassingly late for an appointment. Glenn was great, but the wait time at the beginning and end of the sale was not so great.
