PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE I initially came into the dealership to help my daughter purchase her first vehicle, but I ended up purchasing one myself. Started good, not happy overall Although I do not believe John Gollie personally had bad intentions, we did not have a great overall experience. We bought a used SUV and were aware o Although I do not believe John Gollie personally had bad intentions, we did not have a great overall experience. We bought a used SUV and were aware of a cosmetic issue with the passenger side mirror. We brought this up several times with John and the sales manager, Sam, during our negotiation and were assured every time that it was covered under warranty. We were even assured that the car would go through the shop to see if repair could be made. We were told, after the service department looked at the issue, that they did not have the part needed to fix that day. We were out of town so, again, we were assured it was covered under the warranty and could take it to our local Toyota to repair. Turns out it wasn't covered. Shame on me. My frustration comes from the several people we went through to fix this issue and make sure it was taken care of. If it wasn't going to be covered, the service department should have been able to recognize this. Oh, and later it was suggested I use super glue to fix it (over 30k vehicle). More
