60000 mile servibe Had my Avalon in for the 60,000mile servicing. Kory was efficient and the car was finished in the quoted time of 2 hours. Only negative was after a Had my Avalon in for the 60,000mile servicing. Kory was efficient and the car was finished in the quoted time of 2 hours. Only negative was after a $500 servicing and being a loyal customer, I would have expected they would have at lest washed the exterior of the car.. Vandergrift has done that previously with just a oil change. More

Went to Ryan Parker's desk and he immediately went to my vehicle and obtained the information that he needed for my service. Ryan then got my signature and my vehicle was gone for service. Ryan kept me informed on the progress and within just a few minutes he had my vehicle serviced and returned to me. Very effortless process and great personnel throughout the facility. Confident I Will Always Get Good Service I have used Vandergriff Toyota to service my Toyotas for approximately 9 years. The Assistant Service Manager I used for most of those years retired I have used Vandergriff Toyota to service my Toyotas for approximately 9 years. The Assistant Service Manager I used for most of those years retired and now I look for Luis, whom I have known since he was a porter, to take care of the service. He has tremendous customer service skills and I am confident that I will receive good service when he is on the job. More

Very Happy I had lost the key and remote for opener to my 2014 Tundra pickup at work. So I went to the dealership to see how much it would cost to get a new remo I had lost the key and remote for opener to my 2014 Tundra pickup at work. So I went to the dealership to see how much it would cost to get a new remote and key. The gentleman at the parts counter told me the cost but they were very busy and probably could not get to it that day because being a Saturday. At that time Jonathan Cortez over heard our conversation and said he would be able to do the programming of the new remote and cut a new key for me but it would take a couple of hours. So my wife and I went back home to get her car and then went back to the dealership and dropped my truck off . The time was about 1:30 pm and at 3:00 Jonathan called me and said my truck was ready to be picked up. We went back to the dealership and picked up my truck. Thank you very much Jonathan Cortez for taking such good care of a customer. More

Great experience! Unfortunately I did not buy my Toyota at Vandergrift's, but I decided to give them a try since it is close to my home in Arlington. I was very pleas Unfortunately I did not buy my Toyota at Vandergrift's, but I decided to give them a try since it is close to my home in Arlington. I was very pleasantly surprise at the service, my advisor Ryan Parker explained to me that the service contract I had purchased with the car had expired at the 25K mileage; before he did any work he detailed for me what they were going to do and exactly how much it was going to cost me. I was very surprised when they finished the work before the time he had quoted me; and they even washed my car! I will definitely come back, and the next Toyota will be bought at Vandergrift's if their sales department is as good as their service. Digna Ines Morua More
