Excellent Service Experience We had what we thought were some serious service issues. We made an appointment and my wife took the car to the appointment. An alignment was needed and he called to confirms as well as explaining to my wife the service issues were very minor and already resolved. Mike was very professional and friendly so we decided to make him our Service Advisor. Great experience each time we have service here. The quality of the the Toyota automobile is world class and we've dealt primarily with one Sales Representative and one service rep for our past 4 automobiles. Our Sales Representative has been John Gollie, who sold us our third Prius and first Camry. We could not be happier. When most sales reps are gone faster than desert dew, John plans on a long term relationship with his clients. I don't need to go elsewhere for reliable transportation. A car sale happens only ever few years. I commute 70 miles daily and have not missed work ever. Service is most important. We've always dealt with Ryan Parker at Vandergriff Toyota, who insures quality service, and that we receive the greatest value from our extended service agreements.
