He got me in and out for a basic oil change and tire rotation within the specified time he quoted. Advised me about things to recheck on my next visit and set me up for my next appt. in August. Had a great experience and that's why I continue having my truck serviced there. More
2 hour oil and filter service. After waiting 2 hours for an oil and filter service I found the service rep to see what was going on. I looked out to the outgoing driveway and my vehicle was first in line to go out the door -- ie it's been there a while --- long enough for the wash job to completely air dry. I need to find another place for oil and filter service! More

Service Maintenance Since I have a 10:30 am appointment for my pickup to be serviced, I dropped it off at 10am and ran some errands with my spouse. When we came back 3 ho Since I have a 10:30 am appointment for my pickup to be serviced, I dropped it off at 10am and ran some errands with my spouse. When we came back 3 hours later at 1pm, they just started to work on the pickup truck. I had to wait another 3+ hours at the dealership for the service to be completed. I left the dealership around 4:30pm. More
Excellent Service Experience We had what we thought were some serious service issues. We made an appointment and my wife took the car to the appointment. We elected to take "first come" for our service advisor. Mike was very helpful to my wife. An alignment was needed and he called to confirms as well as explaining to my wife the service issues were very minor and already resolved. Mike was very professional and friendly so we decided to make him our Service Advisor. Great experience each time we have service here. The quality of the the Toyota automobile is world class and we've dealt primarily with one Sales Representative and one service rep for our past 4 automobiles. Our Sales Representative has been John Gollie, who sold us our third Prius and first Camry. We could not be happier. When most sales reps are gone faster than desert dew, John plans on a long term relationship with his clients. I don't need to go elsewhere for reliable transportation. A car sale happens only ever few years. I commute 70 miles daily and have not missed work ever. Service is most important. We've always dealt with Ryan Parker at Vandergriff Toyota, who insures quality service, and that we receive the greatest value from our extended service agreements. Our vehicles are work horses and we demand much from them. John Gollie and Ryan Parker keep us on the road and Toyota is a product we trust. R. Park More

Perfect service except for one thing Perfect customer service by Zavier Alvarado, explained things in an easy to understand way and offered outstanding help. Only downside was whoever washed my car had broken off my license plate frame while washing it, which isn't Zaviers fault by any means but it did suck to see that had happened.
