Luis treated me like a VIP, by going the extra mile to clean inside and out due to my road trip from California, it had been thru hail storm and snow in Utah!! Assistant Service Manager was very RUDE I brought in my 2017 Tundra for it's first routine servicing, after they brought my car out I noticed the inside was not vacuum I kindly asked the gen I brought in my 2017 Tundra for it's first routine servicing, after they brought my car out I noticed the inside was not vacuum I kindly asked the gentleman that they were supposed to vacuum my truck, he said he needs to ask his manager first. The service manager was approaching the car port at the time, excited to see him and with a smile on my face and extending my hand to shake his. I asked him to please inform his staff that they need to vacuum my truck. With the most mean, unprofessional and rude demeanor he said WHY! almost yelling at me. I was shocked and asked him don't you remember me? I asked him. Still yelling, he said NO I do not and we do not vacuum cars when we service them. I told him, with all due respect, you told me whenever I come in for service that you all will wash my truck in and out. To my biggest surprise this man started calling me lier and yelling at the top of his voice. After much argument he told one of his staff to take my truck to the back and make sure he vacuums "only the drive side". By the time I got home I realized that they vandalized my truck as my radio antenna was missing. Please beware of Jonny the assistant service manager that man is evil. Now my truck cannot go more than 70 miles per hour not sure what he did to my truck. More

The entire sales team were so eager to sell us this car, they made us an offer we could not resist. The car had just come in to the shop and had not been cleaned up but they assured us that it had been through their quality checks. After 7 months of very limited use, the car had check engine and other indicators necessitating almost $1,000 in repairs. Even though we left the car overnight on Friday for repairs, it wasn't ready till almost closing time on Saturday. They replaced the battery in the remote (one of the issues we took it in for) but just as we were leaving, we noticed the remote wasn't working. They replaced the battery again only to have the alarm going off repeatedly at the shop. The Assistant Service Manager Ryan Parker played with the remote and it seemed to work. However, after we brought the car home, the alarm has been repeatedly going off randomly. We have to keep the remote at a range away from the car not to set off the alarm. My son has to travel to college in Waco on Monday morning and we are so concerned that this problem will reoccur on campus and at his apartment. Needless to say this is extremely upsetting and not the kind of service we expect from anyone least of all a Toyota dealer. More

Ryan told me the parts were in and to call back to schedule an appointment. I called back and scheduled an appointment for Good Friday since I was off. I brought the vehicle in and was later told by Ryan that they no longer had the parts because it was more than thirty days since he called me, which was a lie. When I got back to the dealership, he then tried to tell me that he kept leaving me messages, which was another lie because I spoke to him. Then he remembered we spoke and came up with another excuse, saying that they can only keep the invoice for ten days, which I am not sure if this was a fabrication or not. Not pleased with his service at all. I am looking for a new car and all I can say is Never Toyota Vandergriff! More
