"Hung Nguyen went back on everything he said" Had a used car I was trying to trade in for something new. When I went in the first time, we couldn't make a deal unfortunately. I was disappointed, b Had a used car I was trying to trade in for something new. When I went in the first time, we couldn't make a deal unfortunately. I was disappointed, but life goes on. Later on, I called and spoke to the big boss over the phone. Advised him what I was trying to do. I mentioned how I didn't want to lose out on my previous down payment, I mentioned what vehicle I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. He didn't promise me anything then, and said he would look into it, then call me back. He didn't call back after weeks which is fine. I assumed he didn't want to go through with the deal. Then out of the blue, weeks later I received Multiple calls from one of the sales managers named Hung Nguyen. He called, left a voicemail asking me to come back in. I called back and he stated he still wants to make the deal, and that he would give me a much better price. He mentioned every detail of the car I wanted, with rims, the trim, and everything. He even said he would order the vehicle to accommodate me. I was a little shocked and surprised he changed his mind. He said he talked to the big boss about the whole deal (that apparently can approve anything) and we were going to work it out. I tried to tell Hung over the phone. "I don't want to come in and do the deal unless it's going to make sense." He replied saying, "Oh no sir, it will make sense for you." I tried to explain again, and he insisted I drive all the way in which is out of the way for me. I tried to go over the numbers briefly over the phone so we wouldn't waste each others time, and he again insisted I would come in, and stated repeatedly the deal would make sense. So we set an appointment for the next day @ 7:00pm. Then two hours later the same day, another manager named Sam called me again, trying to set up an appointment to sale a car. I was confused. Did Hung not pass along the message? Does the left hand not speak to the right? Guess it being the end of the month they needed to hit their quota. I told Sam I already had an appointment and he sounded shocked. The next day I arrived at the dealership @ 7:00pm and Hung was Nowhere to be found. I was told by another manager he had to leave and won't be back for a couple of hours. No other salesman or manager knew I was coming in. They were asking me what I wanted. I had to explain the whole story. They didn't know who to find to assist me. It was like starting the whole process over from the start. Hung finally showed up @ 8:15pm over an hour late. At least he could've done is let someone else know what was going on or that I was coming in. He could've at least called me saying he had to go, but I guess common courtesy, and good customer service has been lost to his mind. To cut this shorter, the deal wasn't great at all. An improvement, but still didn't make sense financially. One other sales manager stated they were giving me more for my trade than the last time, but tweeked the numbers on the other end to make up the difference. i know this b/c the quote form was given to me last time so I have the numbers to reference. They tried to again to sale me dealer accessories that I don't need saying I NEED them. Yet these same accessories weren't implied the time before. Just a lie. When I called them out on it, they chagned sales managers. Hung then got an attitude saying, "take it or leave it. It's the best I can do." This is ridiculous! Don't get mad b/c you presented a poor offer. You called me blowing my phone up, stating you would do what you could to provide a sale. I tried to state multiple times the night before that I don't want to come in unless it makes sense for me in the long run, Then Hung gets an attitude as if he's giving me the world after he showed up an hour late to the appointment. Then they said they couldn't order the car for me, and that I had to buy the car they had on the lot. Which was white and they knew I wanted black. Said they need to save money, and I need to do them a favor. I'm saying to myself, "Why did you call me if you can't do the deal? Why did you say you're going to order the car if you really can't? Why are you wasting my time going back on everything you said?" Including interest and payments over 7 years, I would've paid a difference of $6,128.00 if I would've took their offer opposed to paying for the same vehicle out right without trading it in. I tried to explain this, but Hung wouldn't listen. After the deal didn't work out the first time I moved on. For Hung to call me, make promises, which were really lies, to bring me in to the shop, then go back on everything he said the night before was extremely unprofessional. I don't like my time being wasted. This was the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Next time please punch the numbers to make sure you can do the deal, or make sure you can actually order the customers vehicle before calling them repeatedly. Don't lie saying you can do something over the phone just to bring the customer in, then show up over an hour late, then get frustrated b/c your offer isn't accepted. Luckily for me, I found another vehicle I want and will be trading in for it next weekend. Catrina was great by the way! Hung and Cal were not. More

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I'd never heard of on-line car buying before, but it was a service offered by my car insurance. All I had to do was enter the type of car I wanted (P I'd never heard of on-line car buying before, but it was a service offered by my car insurance. All I had to do was enter the type of car I wanted (Prius), and I heard back immediately from 5 local Toyota dealers. I ended up working with Vandergriff for several reasons--location was near my home, the price was amazing, but mainly I was very impressed with the internet sales manager, Mo Sayed. He was very personable and actually listened carefully to my wish list rather than try to push something else on me. He kept in close touch with me every step of the way and followed up even after the sale was complete. I would recommend Vandergriff and Mo Sayed to any car shoppers out there. More

On April 28, 2017, I brought my Toyota in for its 5000 mile service. Mr. Jonathon Cortez was my Service Advisor. Jonathon reviewed my records of six years, and based on the records I only needed the standard 5000 mile service. After the service was completed, Mr. Cortez reviewed the "Vehicle Care package and Multi-Point Inspection Form contents with me. Mr Gage Armstrong was the Service Technician who prepared this document. Based on this report and Mr. Cortez's advice, I know what needs to be performed during my next service visit. More
