It was late I drove a long way and wanted to get out..As I had my daughters with me I get the pleasure to expailn to them the taktics used and how their old man was duped. Expensive life lesson I hope they never forget. More

My car service was great. This past car service turned awesome. I went for the 5,000 miles check-up and at last I didn't have to pay anything because they didn't have to change This past car service turned awesome. I went for the 5,000 miles check-up and at last I didn't have to pay anything because they didn't have to change the oil or the oil filter. So, they only rotated the tires. What I liked the most it is the dealership honesty. I don't see listed the service lady who really helped me and politely attended my car's needs. Excellent car service I had no service appointment, but needed immediate assistance with a battery on my 2012 Highlander. Newly purchased car inspection I just purchased a new toyota and the inspection wasn't done on it so I had to take it back. Jackie assured me it wouldn't take long and I believed he I just purchased a new toyota and the inspection wasn't done on it so I had to take it back. Jackie assured me it wouldn't take long and I believed her, unfortunately that didn't happen. It took 40 minutes to do a VERY Quick inspection that was required for my license tags. I was really disappointed that I had to waste an hour of my day because of their mistake. I'm not sure I'll be using their service center if they believe that's fast service for such a simple task. More

I had also worked out the numbers very attentively so that all parties were winners. My salesman was Matt Davis, an honorable person and very pleasant to work with on all levels, and our deal was concluded in 1 day and very swiftly and got the car that I wanted with the specifications that I needed. Beyond disappointed To begin with, I made an appointment, got there 30 minutes before just to be told that my wait would still be two hours. So, I decided to wait and for the first time, take the chance to take the courtesy ride to the store. My service manager, I guess, never have my phone number to the driver because I was left at the store that was 10 minutes away for, for 3 freaking hours!! I called to see if they forgot about me and was sent to someone voicemail and forgotten. I had to call my husband to come and pick me up from the store and take me to pick up my car! Also..the free car wash they have my car was spotted and a huge stripe down the middle was left dirty. I've bought 3 cars there in the last few years. I would say I'm a really good customers of theirs that is beyond upset of the way I was treated! Hopefully they will find a way to make it up to me!! We shall see.. I will let y'all know, for sure! More
