The salesperson who was taking our calls left the dealership and Jermaine took over. Could've been a bad thing but it turned out great! Car was as he said it was and the sales mgr Blake worked hard on our trade and financing! Best of all this didn't take several hours. We traded our car,financed the purchased vehicle and did it all in approximately 2 hours!! Thank you VanderGriff Toyota!!! More

LONG oil change I took my car into for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1 hour, 2 1/2 hours later, I inquired about my car, It had been sitting in the I took my car into for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1 hour, 2 1/2 hours later, I inquired about my car, It had been sitting in the back and others that had come in after me had come and gone with their oil change. I ask if next time I could make an appointment and was told by Minh Kelley that I could not, that I would just need to come on a slower day??? I was there on a Wednesday and thought that was the slow day?? I am a working lady and can not sit at the dealership all morning for an oil change, I also noticed the paperwork had a non-Toyota oil filter put on my car. Ms. Kelley drew a line through it and said that was not right.??? Not a good experience ..... More
Awful experience A pair of expensive sunglasses went missing out of my vehicle while it was at Vandergriff Toyota for service. I never take these particular glasses ou A pair of expensive sunglasses went missing out of my vehicle while it was at Vandergriff Toyota for service. I never take these particular glasses out of the car, so it's very unlikely that I lost them elsewhere. Initially the dealership was unsympathetic, but eventually they did reach out to me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. However, in addition to the sunglasses, my vehicle continued to leak oil after Vandergriff changed the oil. I went out to my garage a couple days after and discovered a large puddle of oil underneath the car. A second dealership confirmed that the drain plug was not tightened properly. In the meantime I had driven 400+ miles with my car leaking oil. Terrible experience all around. Avoid these guys at all costs. More
