I had a tire rotation and suddenly have a busted strut that was leaking fluid everywhere when I left their shop - and they "didn't notice" that it was busted. My shop noticed as soon as I brought the car to a REAL mechanic. Terrible service, and terrible customer service! Management doesn't care that the service advisors aren't doing their jobs. They also sold me a vehicle with bad tires that were 2-3 years older than the supposedly "certified pre-owned" vehicle that I purchased. The service manager said they won't even look into this because it's been 1.5 years since I purchased the vehicle. And now I need struts and I'm pretty sure they broke my right strut - I had zero issues with my vehicle until taking it to them. Worked with Efrain Rodriguez but of course he isn't on the list to choose. More

RYAN PARKER AND SERVICE APPOINTMENT I had called Ryan on Tuesday requesting an early Wednesday appointment for my schedule maintenance. Ryan indicated it would be fine. I arrived a little late to be met by a waiting room full of customers. Thinking I would be at least 2 hours waiting, Ryan assured me that my vehicle would be serviced soon. I was pleasantly surprised when less than an hour later Ryan told me my vehicle was ready. Ryan totally explained what my vehicle's service revealed, and I was on my way. Lengthy wait time; minimal service. I was pleased to be able to get our new Highlander in for its six month check the afternoon of the morning I called. I delivered the car at the exact I was pleased to be able to get our new Highlander in for its six month check the afternoon of the morning I called. I delivered the car at the exact appointment time. I was asked if I wanted a complementary car wash, to which I responded "sure". The car had been garaged and only driven 1520 miles, so the check-up was not extensive. I was told it would be ready in about an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen minutes. One hour and 50 minutes later, it was finally complete. But, no car wash. Not a very good first impression with Vandergriff Toyota service, and the reason we rely on an independent auto service shop we've gone to for years. More
