Professionality at the Most! Took my car for a scheduled service, a new service advisor handled it in the most professional way. My previous service advisor at this place had failed to give me a heads up over Toyota Care expiration on my car coming up. Jonathon Cortez, my new service advisor, was sharp enough to notice I don't put much mileage on my car and recommended the best choice. Very much pleased with his professionality and the respect for the customer. Will make sure to leave my car in his hand from now on! More

Ryan is a great Service Advisor Ryan goes the extra mile to try to help solve and issue and help you pay the minimum, by looking for discounts that can be applied. He is polite and shoots straight about the time limits. Now the customer service area---NOT a GOOD experience. THE COFFEE MACHINE has been broken the last two times I have been there for service. There use to be a complimentary snack. (Perhaps there could be again, if the snacks were behind a counter and someone handed them to the person waiting. I realize that customers abused the system. HOWEVER when you have to wait 2 hours for service to be completed----a little more perks would be nice. More

Windshield rain sensor repair/replacement On a recent trip a small rock started a crack in the windshield of our 2017 Prius. The crack grew during our trip. Our insurance company had us take t On a recent trip a small rock started a crack in the windshield of our 2017 Prius. The crack grew during our trip. Our insurance company had us take the car to a local glass repair shop, and said it would be good to have our Toyota dealer check and/or recalibrate the windshield sensors after winschield repacement. After the glass replacement, the safety features all still worked well, but the rain sensor wasn't working. We took the car to Vandergriff Toyota and service rep Matt Hagee took good care of us. Toyota initially found that the sensor had been disturbed during the glass installation. They made a small adjustment they said should have fixed it. But at the next rain storm it still wasn't working, so we took it back to Toyota for a second look. Matt pursued the matter further, this time finding out from the technicians that their follow-up inspection showed that the sensor had also been scratched during windshield replacement, so Matt also worked with the glass replacement company to pay for the cost of a new sensor and its installation costs. We appreciate very much the professional way that Matt handled the situation and worked on our behalf to get our beloved Prius back in perfect order! More
