So far I have visited the service center 2 times for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Both times Debbie Ryno has been my service advisor. She is the ultimate representative for Vandergriff Service Center. She was great to work with and addressed all my questions with a smile. She was friendly and professional at the same time. She made my experience in the service center a very easy one. The atmosphere at this dealership is relaxed and professional at the same time. Thanks Vandergriff for providing wonderful service and representatives. More
Customer service I bought a car from Vandergriff Toyota feel I got fair price till the transmission went out after 11 days. They said get it to them and they would take care of it so I had it towed from Rockwall to Arlington the next day. Got the run around from that point on. They had my money and my car for 26 days. Only one person could talk to me about my car and she only worked half days then went on vacation and was passed to someone else. At four weeks without a car and no loaner car I called my salesman who said he would talk to service and get back to me. Still haven't heard from him. Finally got back my car after I contacted the dealer vandergriff sent it to and explained my situation. No car for almost a month bumming rides off friends. Don Davis Nissan finally got the go head to fix the car had it fixed in a day. Vandergriff did pay for the transmission to get fixed. But think they lost me as customer. They should have offered a loaner and given information about car when I called. Not to mention fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time. 4 weeks to fix a car in one day. Is ridiculous! Feel I was very patient and yes I still have a towing bill and diagnostic bill for this adventure. Not to mention still haven't sent me my tags after I have asked at time of purchase to send them to me and when I finally picked up my car from another dealer. More
Long wait time, due to parts back from Yoyota recall. Matt Hagee was my service REP , he keep me up to date on the status of parts deliver and made sure all outstanding work was done for my truck before i Matt Hagee was my service REP , he keep me up to date on the status of parts deliver and made sure all outstanding work was done for my truck before it's return to me etc Inspection maintenance, state inspection and paint renewal. There was none thing Mr Matt could do about the long wait time for the parts to arrive he did call me at less once a week to keep me informed of on going process that impressed me, Thanks to you Matt Hagee. Professionality at the Most! Took my car for a scheduled service, a new service advisor handled it in the most professional way. My previous service advisor at this place had failed to give me a heads up over Toyota Care expiration on my car coming up. Jonathon Cortez, my new service advisor, was sharp enough to notice I don't put much mileage on my car and recommended the best choice. Very much pleased with his professionality and the respect for the customer. Will make sure to leave my car in his hand from now on! More
