We called in the morning to set up a test drive. The guy that answered was Nasir and he told us we'd be meeting with him. We made it clear we weren't going to buy today, but wanted to narrow down our choice and such. He said okay, and we met later. Once we arrived, he was 10 minutes late hanging out in the finance department. Finally he sat down at his desk with us, didn't shake me or my spouse's hand or introduce himself. He sat down, checked us in on his computer, and said he'd go get the keys. So he grabs the keys for the vehicles, and does a very poor tour of the vehicle. He lacked general knowledge about the vehicle and seem quite unphased at his pitch for the vehicle. During the test drive, we had questions about the vehicle and he said "oh I don't know, I'll have to look it up" and was on his phone. We assumed it was because he was looking it up. We asked again, and he said "Oh, I'll have to look it up" and proceeds to sit on his phone yet again. During the test drive it was me and my spouse chatting and asking each other questions because Nasir could not be bothered to support any of our concerns. After the test drive, he said he'd go inside to get his business card for us. We stayed outside discussing the vehicle and after a while I asked my spouse to check in because Nasir's desk is very close the front. My spouse found him at the finance office chatting with his card in hard. Today another internet manager phoned to ask how the test drive went and he said "sorry about that, you can just work with me instead" and I'm not really sure how I felt about that. Bottom line, we are in the market for a vehicle, but don't feel we should be treated as secondary because we weren't ready to buy the same day we test drove a vehicle for the first time. We will not be purchasing from this dealership. More
Came in to trade a car. Was told I qualified, and they baited me to come in to trade in my car. They tried putting me in a 4 year old car just to save $50 bucks. Mauricio was very unprofessional towards the end and started harassing the guests with me to “co sign” and if they didn’t, they didn’t “love me”. Was rather embarrassing and so unprofessional. Will not be doing business here again. More
The part for my 2022 Tundra have been on order for over 1 year. Brand new truck never have worked correctly. Dealer never call with any updates. Every time I am there for service they blame Toyota. Bought a sequioa 2023 and has mas issues including infotainment and warranties not issued - called many times including trying to reach the GM and no reaponse. Never buy from them again they dont real infotainment and warranties not issued - called many times including trying to reach the GM and no reaponse. I bought a Jeep in June. When I drive off the lot my abs & traction control light came on. Called my salesman right away. He said we will take care of it. Made multiple attempts to get the Jeep back to the dealership. My salesman is no longer there. They will not honor the repair. I’ve tried to contact the GM for service & GM for used cars. Neither have returned my call. I’ve taken the Jeep to another mechanic, and have now been told my drive shaft & left tie Rod is going out. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Very poor service. Plus they sell vehicles that haven’t been fully inspected. I’m a single mom, so it’s very important that my vehicle is safe & dependable. More

C’ean assisted me with 3 of our family Toyotas recently and did an excellent job. I just walked-in one day and he was courteous, was very detailed with answering my questions and very knowledgeable. After speaking to my husband we decided C’ean would handle our vehicles moving forward. It was the best decision ever! We have 4 vehicles all Toyota!!! C’ean is an excellent service advisor keeping you informed the entire time your car is being serviced. More
