Awesome, quick and inexpensive! Ryan Parker with Vandergriff Toyota as usual took care of my battery issue on my 2014 RAV4 and cost and install was less than Pep boys wanted and I go Ryan Parker with Vandergriff Toyota as usual took care of my battery issue on my 2014 RAV4 and cost and install was less than Pep boys wanted and I got an 84month battery and then washed my car, as usualy. Don't think Pep boys would have washed my car. Will be back again! More

Best experience ever I have not bought a lot of cars in the past mainly because of the painful experience of trying to get a good deal. But I've bought enough of them and from enough dealers to know that Vandergriff does it right. Vandergriff has it down so well now with their online applications that the only time we spent was agreeing on a deal, once that was done everything went fast. Not one time was I pressured and even after the sale was complete the entire staff involved has followed up to make sure my experience was the best. No doubt at all I will remain part of the Vandergriff family and will recommend to anyone I know looking for a used or new car to go talk with a Vandergriff dealer. This was my fifth from them (2 used and 3 new) over a 20 year span and I always find myself coming back. More
I had a great experience I went into the dealership just looking and did not have in mind what I wanted. Not So Good I am writing this review late..... I was made of aware of this website a couple of weeks ago..... So back in May of 2017,I purchase a used vehicle fro I am writing this review late..... I was made of aware of this website a couple of weeks ago..... So back in May of 2017,I purchase a used vehicle from Vandergriff Toyota. The salesman was very professional and delivered great customer service. So that day, I decided to purchase a Camry. I traded in a vehicle and they gave me a decent trade in value on my car... I went through the whole financing phase of the purchase. I had to negotiate the interest rate as I wanted to use my personal bank.. However, after much back and forth they offered me the same rate as my bank. I also purchased the warranty plan as well.. I made off with the car... All was well... After owning the car a couple of weeks I notice the car was very bouncing... I took the car back to Vanfergriff Service Department to have it looked at. After the service department looked at it, they informed me that I needed new shocks... So I told them ok no worries, I have warranty that I purchased with the car...So the service advisor told me, he will check to see if it is covered... GUESS WHAT!!!! The warranty plan would not cover the shocks... I was really disappointed as I paid a couple thousand extra to have this warranty...The service tech advised me to go over to the Used Car sales and talk to the salesman and/or the preowned manager.. So I did just that... They stated that there is nothing they can do, but if I wanted to get another vehicle they would make me a great deal on it... So entertained that statement and looked at another vehicle... I picked out another vehicle and they gave me a trade in value on my current vehicle(camry that I purchased from them couple weeks prior).. (which of course was what I owned on it)... The final numbers on the vehicle that I picked out was STUPIDLY high... And they had nerved to tell me that it was a good deal... They basically wanted me to pay full price for the car that I picked. I stated I put down $1000.00 and traded a vehicle in for $3000.000 which would have been a total down payment of $4000.00... So I told the finance manager, I am losing $4000.00 on this deal... He pretty much said yes and that's all they could do.... So I told them I will just pay to get the shocks fix... With that being said, I know Vandergriff is a for- profit business. My time is very valuable to me and if they could not get me a good deal that did not involve me losing $4000.00 they should have told me from the get go.. Needless to say, I will not go back to Vandergriff Toyota to purchase another vehicle... There are to many dealerships in DFW that will take care of their customers... I know the names of all parties that were involved in this deal, however I decided not to disclose them. I felt like the salesman did everything he could to make it work. More
