Came to find out my service advisor was on vacation but Luis Viloria stepped in and I came to Vandergriff for my Tundra's routine Maintenance Service. I tried to be nice and asked him how long he has worked there, and he told me he came from Durant Toyota. To make a long story short, he didn't want to help me so he brought me to Ryan Parker's desk(which in reality is what I wished could have happened). I will not put all the details in this review. I am putting the dealership on notice that if this individual approaches me again, I will not allow him to help me. He does not belong at this dealership, and in a position where you deal with people face to face. Evidently something happened at Durant and it is carrying over now to Vandergriff.
