I tried to be nice and asked him how long he has worked there, and he told me he came from Durant Toyota. To make a long story short, he didn't want to help me so he brought me to Ryan Parker's desk(which in reality is what I wished could have happened). I will not put all the details in this review. I am putting the dealership on notice that if this individual approaches me again, I will not allow him to help me. He does not belong at this dealership, and in a position where you deal with people face to face. Evidently something happened at Durant and it is carrying over now to Vandergriff. If someone would like more information feel free to contact me. The friendliness rating of 1 star is based on the other individual mentioned. More

Quick and Easy Vandergriff Toyota is extremely helpful and efficient. They reminded me my free maintenance period was about to expire so I could get my 25K check up Vandergriff Toyota is extremely helpful and efficient. They reminded me my free maintenance period was about to expire so I could get my 25K check up done timely. I called at 9:00 am on a Friday morning for an appointment and had the car in by 10:15 am. They did the check up and a state inspection and called me to let me know it was ready by 1:00 pm. Mike Martinez was super friendly and helpful. He had everything ready when I got there and personally called me to let me know the car was finished and to go over the report. Great job as usual. Thanks. More

Update your system! Last week I wanted to look at cars while I had my vehicle serviced. It's so frustrating showing up to the dealership and not finding the salesperson l Last week I wanted to look at cars while I had my vehicle serviced. It's so frustrating showing up to the dealership and not finding the salesperson listed on here. Plus it took 30 min to find out he didn't work there asked for another Hispanic listed and they had no idea of who they were and if they still worked there, most of the staff is new and have no clue of what they are doing. Finally they find Mr. Luna but he is not a salesperson! Most vehicles online are no longer there. This store is so unorganized. unbelievable! I see why all the bad reviews on Google and Yelp. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AT VANDERGRIFF TOYOTA WE WERE LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR OUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER AND HAD SHOPPED AROUND. WE WERE REALLY GETTING CLOSE TO PURCHASING HER CAR FROM ENTERPRISE AS SHE H WE WERE LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR OUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER AND HAD SHOPPED AROUND. WE WERE REALLY GETTING CLOSE TO PURCHASING HER CAR FROM ENTERPRISE AS SHE HAD FOUND A CAR SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH ON THEIR LOT. MY DAD SUGGESTED WE GO LOOK AT VANDERGRIFF TOYOTA SINCE HE PURCHASED HIS TWO CARS FROM THEM. WE LEFT ENTERPRISE AND WENT STRAIGHT TO VANDERGRIFF TOYOTA IN ARLINGTON. WE WERE IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY A SALES MAN BY THE NAME OF DUNG HOANG. HE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND TOOK HIS TIME TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE DID NOT PRESSURE US LIKE MOST SALESMEN DO. HE SHOWED US SEVERAL DIFFERENT CARS AND MY DAUGHTER FOUND ONE SHE REALLY LIKED. IT HAD ALL THE FEATURES SHE LIKED AND ALL THE SAFETY FEATURES MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED HER TO HAVE IN HER CAR. WE ENDED UP PURCHASING THE CAR AFTER THEY REALLY WORKED WITH US. IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE LIKE I HAVE NEVER HAD BEFORE. WE HAD HER CAR FOR 3 MONTHS WHEN THE SAME SALESMAN CALLED AND ASKED US TO COME IN,HE WANTED TO VISIT WITH US AND SEE HOW WE WERE DOING. WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WENT IN TO SEE HIM.
