I have been assisted by Mike on several occasions in the past. He is always helpful, professional and informative. I know what needs to be done and how much it will cost before my car is touched. He did not try to talk me into getting something that I did not need. There is noting that I hate more than to feel as if I am being taken advantage of. I have developed a trusting relationship with Mike and feel totally comfortable in knowing that his character and integrity are intact. I will request him for every service encounter. More
