2018 Toyota Highlander I have purchased and leased 7 cars since I started driving. I have worked with Honda, Subaru and lastly with Toyota. I fell in love with the ride, safety features and warranty Toyota had to offer. I first start with a RAV4 and worked with AutoNation Arlington back in 2015. When I needed to upgrade to a larger SUV I looked around and settled on the Toyota Highlander (2017). I worked with Eric Hill and Hung in 2017 for my lease and loved how transparent, flexible and that at no time I felt pressured or even rushed. I test drove a few models and I changed my mind many times till I finally finalized on one. Eric was so incredibly patient with me especially when I went back and forth on pricing and features. He really puts customer service a priority with his calm and kind demeanor. I loved my vehicle, service, location and sale person so much that this year I turned in my lease early and decided to finance a 2018 Toyota Highlander with Eric Hill as my sales person Hung as the lead in approving deals and Ariel as my Financial Advisor. Together they made a dream team for me. Again, they show you gratitude and appreciation as a customer. I never just felt like a pay check or sale; I was treated as a person just like them. I liked that I was not pressured in getting extra maintenance services or packages. All I needed was GAP but I included the maintenance package since I'm hoping this will be my last vehicle I finance. If you are in a market for a Toyota, which I would recommend at least giving them a test drive, they really are smooth and sturdy. Ask from Eric Hill and Hung, they I promise you will not disappoint. Ohh and the new Toyotas comes with 25,000 miles maintenance included, bonus! I used this service all last year and they are lightning fast when you have to go in for service, I recommend going in early morning as they are busy but they will get you out before an hour, without any charges. Let them know I sent you and they will treat you like family! :) More

Julio Perez was the person who really got in touch of me so I was encouraged to see him that time. I told him my situation if I need to return the car and get another one. He referred me to Lee and he worked on the deal that I can afford while Julio tried to find the car I wanted. Julio had me test drive 2 cars but I told him I don't like them and he was very patient to really find the car that I wanted as to color and the options that it comes with (he said his goal is to make his customer happy and satisfied with the car). No too long and I had a deal with them, a new car of my desire, and payment that is affordable to me . I really felt that Lee and Julio took into consideration all my concern and made decision on my favor. Excellent Customer Service I recently moved to Texas from Maryland. This dealership has performed major work that should have been done by the previous dealer and gotten my Toyo I recently moved to Texas from Maryland. I am really disappointed I will not recommend any Vietnamese or everyone to come to this dealer for a new or pre own car.
