Excellent Service Appointment I used to drive a Cadillac but decided in the Fall to order a 2018 Camry XSE. I went for my first service appointment this week and was unsure about how Vandergiff handle service appointments. Wow - was I surprised. I waited in line for a few minutes and Luis Viloria came up to my car, took down the information needed and showed me to the Service Waiting Room. My car was ready in less than an hour and I mentioned to Luis that I was having difficulty with hooking my iPhone X to the GPS. He got my car and updated the software and spent some time showing me how to use it. I very much like Luis and will ask for him in the future! More

Crooks. I wouldn’t give these people a 1 Star. We bought a car and they gave us a great deal. Five days later they asked for more money down or to give us I wouldn’t give these people a 1 Star. We bought a car and they gave us a great deal. Five days later they asked for more money down or to give us a cheaper car. It was a ploy, I believe that they knew this would happen and we’re hoping we would come up with something because we were attached to the car. When we took it back the special few manning guy insulted my credit. I complained and the sales manager had the nerve to not apologize but try to sell me a lesser model. I will never deal with this place again! I tell everyone do NOT go there. Good news though, got a big down payment from family and got a better car. Things happen for a reason. More
