Excellent Service Ryan Parker is my 'go-to' guy in the service department. Recently had a 'check engine' alert which the great technicians corrected very quickly. My Camry SE is now performing like new. Ryan explained the cause of the issue and the easy fix. Fraud Went to check out a used Tundra. When saw the truck it had hail damage on it that was not advertised anywhere on the website. Clean carfax - So the de Went to check out a used Tundra. When saw the truck it had hail damage on it that was not advertised anywhere on the website. Clean carfax - So the dealership did not report it to carfax either. After multiple back and forth they decided to fix the hood but not the roof. By now the dealership had already called me 3-4 times to visit as they would not discuss anything on the phone. All these times the agent Naseer and Kirby confirmed it was a "certified pre owned". It was a surprise to me that toyota would allow a hail damaged car to be certified. Finally went to buy the car and they made us keep waiting (with little kids) for an hour before bringing the price sheet. With it they brought the news that the car is not indeed certified as it is hail damaged. They kept lying through the multiple visits and wasted all this time. Manager would not even come out of his office to talk to us. When we knocked and talked to him from the door to explain why they have been advertising the car as certified; he replied. "I dont have time to talk to you". On questioning again about the fraudulent advertising he said - "they (the agents) made a mistake" and asked us to leave. Not even a single apology for wasting mine and my family's time and fraudulent advertising. The manager was rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional. More

We transplanted as an active duty family having no idea where to go for vehicle service. We had the same Service Advisor for most of the time but Nancy moved on about a year ago. I have used the same mechanic most of the time and Ben Cahill has been our favorite person to deal with for many reasons. I was referred to Luis Viloria not long ago so that is who I asked for this time. The place was busy because it was a late morning when I arrived but fortunately I missed the morning crowd. He was able to get me in for service and out in a decent amount of time. He was pleasure dealing with Luis Viloria and that is who I will use from now on. I was a little disappointed that when they were bringing two vehicles in the show room, they didn't ask those of us sitting near that big door to move. I was on the phone and when I turned around the truck was within 12 inches of me. More

He has never gave me the impression that I just another sale. True enough this is a business, but I believe they go above and beyond to satisfy they customers. It was hard to get a single word in edgewise, into a conversation about a repeated Toyota issue that Vandergriff didn't fix. After purchasing multiple vehicles there, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and ensuring I tell as many people as I can about what a horrible institution Vandergriff Toyota's Service Department is, led by Charlie Evans. If you're interested in Toyota, go anywhere but Vandergriff Toyota. More
