Without a doubt, this was an absolute stress free experience and I felt very at ease and like a part of the family. Another thing that stood out is, the general manager came out to the showroom floor and spent several minutes with my 9 year old son, answering question after question about the truck he was enamored with. Liars! The ABSOLUTE worst dealership! Texted a salesman regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He showed me 1 price and it seemed too good to be true, but The ABSOLUTE worst dealership! Texted a salesman regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He showed me 1 price and it seemed too good to be true, but I asked 3x! And he said it was the price. I had my financing in order, ready! I get to the dealership which is over an hour away. I get there. Do the paperwork. Then all the sudden it was the wrong price. And THEN had me wait 4 more hours for what I don’t know because I had my financing! Do not let them tell you , you will get a referral check. You won’t! This dealership and the employees just lie! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! More

I decided to negotiate for the vehicle and the price that was agreed upon through email was the price I was presented. I was presented my financing options and was allowed to make decisions on my time schedule. No high pressure at all!! Once the deal was done I was sent to financing just a few moments later. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours (a record!!) After the purchase, I had many questions regarding rebates, financing, etc., Ariel spent so much time going over each and every question and was so very responsive. In the end, Vandergriff was very transparent before, during, and after the sale. I will definitely be back in a few years when my wife needs a new vehicle. Great Job Team. More

Made a Good Deal I worked with Mike Siwan and their new car sales manager("Mr. Polite"). There was a mix up initially where the Toyota Highlander LE I had viewed onli I worked with Mike Siwan and their new car sales manager("Mr. Polite"). There was a mix up initially where the Toyota Highlander LE I had viewed online was incorrectly shown to have features that were not on the vehicle (fog lamps, running boards, etc). We began to negotiate on a Toyota Highlander LE Plus that had the desired features and they took a decent discount to sell me this vehicle. There was some back and forth on how they could add the equipment I desired on a LE, but that was ultimately unworkable. I give these guys credit for hanging tough on the negotiations and making it work out. Mike was definitely very helpful in ensuring that I earned a fair puchase price for a good vehicle. More
