Delivery scam I think Go in find a vehicle you want they tell you they have a bank to finance it or so they say it's financed you sign all the paperwork, shake hands and l Go in find a vehicle you want they tell you they have a bank to finance it or so they say it's financed you sign all the paperwork, shake hands and leave, days later they tell you the bank wants to give you a discount and you need to fill out more paperwork. when you get there you find out that it wasn't financed so to going to another bank and a raise the interest rates and then they do it again after that or they attempt to! Ask for Mike Stinnett! I was looking for a very specific vehicle (make, model, engine, and color) When calling other dealerships to ask if they had the vehicle I was looking I was looking for a very specific vehicle (make, model, engine, and color) When calling other dealerships to ask if they had the vehicle I was looking for they would bait and switch me into the lot only to tell me it wasn’t there. I left 3 other lots before I had enough! I called Vandergrifff Toyota and Mike Stinnett answered and LISTENED to exactly what I wanted. He new some vehicles were delivered the day prior and ran out and found the vehicle and took several pictures and sent them to me showing the vehicle was in! I was very impressed by how upfront and motivated he was to go track down the keys and get me pictures inside and out. It was a relief! I then drive to Vandergriff Toyota and purchased the truck the same day. From start to finish Mike has been great. Highly recommend him! More
