My 200,000 mile maintenance I pulled up at 6:55 am. There were about 8 cars ahead of me. I got in and out within an hour! Very nice because I had to get to work. They stay on top of their customer issues so the customer to I just purchased a new Camry and purchased the vehicle theft protection. I forgot to bring the vehicle in to have the device installed. Excellent experience! I pulled into the service department and could quickly tell that they were busy. Nancy (service rep) told me the wait could be at least 1 1/2 hours or I pulled into the service department and could quickly tell that they were busy. Nancy (service rep) told me the wait could be at least 1 1/2 hours or longer. I told her that I could wait and I even added more services than what I usually get. Great experience repairing their own problem!! Had a 4 runner that the alarm system would not turn off including the horn would not stop honking. Paid money for them to repair which they did by disengaging the alarm system. Did not know until 4 Months later the horn did not work and would not pass inspection. Worked with Nancy Goodwin and Ben Cahill who said they doubted their work months ago would have caused this problem. Called hours later and said car was ready, NO CHARGE! The fact they admitted they were human and made a mistake then took ownership to resolve. Great experience! Most would have blamed something/someone else. Nancy was a little hard to get hold. I think the secret is out and now everyone wants to work with her because she is so great to work with!!. More
